All orders are processed promptly, and we strive to have your purchase shipped out within two business days of receiving your order.

  We offer a variety of shipping options, ranging from standard ground shipping to expedited shipping for those who need their items more quickly. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order, so you can rest assured that you are only paying for the exact services you need. We also offer free shipping on all USPS Ground Advantage National shipments (International & other services will have an additional charge).

Return & Exchange Policy

At Venice Retrofit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your stickers, keychains, or apparel, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the item back.

  Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back and how to select a replacement item. Once we receive the original item in its original condition, we will send out the replacement item.

 

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, washed, or damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you with a replacement.
